CHARTER OF GENERAL ETHICAL PRINCIPLES

1. COMMITMENT

Compliance with current laws and the principles of integrity, transparency and anticorruption is the first pillar on which a responsible company is founded.The public dissemination of ethical principles reinforces the value and capacity to affect beyond the mere act. Adherence to this Charter of Ethical Principles cannot have value or generate a spirit of emulation toward other commercial partners if it is not internalized, shared and applied. It is because of this that we acknowledge the importance of organizing specific moments of information and collective awareness and extending the Charter within the company with the new employees at the time of hiring.

2.INTEGRITY

Moral integrity, honesty and rectitude in daily commercial practices are principles that inspire us and act as a beacon in our daily work activities..

3.TRANSPARENCY

Transparency, or the opening of the organization and communication of data and information relevant to the community, is a basic principle. In the belief that opacity and lack of clarity is a fertile terrain for inappropriate practices and behaviours, which must not be favoured under any circumstances.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE TO CORRUPTION

We acknowledge the phenomenon of corruption in all its forms, an evil that can cause serious and negative effects of social capacity, reputation, economic and civil,of impoverishing the country and damaging the companies that operate in it. Therefore, we reject, in addition to bad conduct, all those who in any way are not in line with the principles of equity and honesty, even if it is limited economic importance, such as small illegal payments, gifts or benefits granted with the aim of accelerating practices or obtaining favours.

5. CONFLICT OF INTEREST

We avoid, with determination and attention, the conflicts of interest and, if they occur, we will manage them with responsibility and transparency..
